Shipping And Returns

Shipping: Shipping rates presented at checkout are live rates from the shipping service provider. Currently, products will be delivered by USPS. Priority Mail typically arrives between 1-3 business days. Priority Express Mail typically arrives between 1-2 days.
Frozen Products: We do not currently ship frozen products. They can be purchased in store only.
Chocolate: Chocolate may be purchased and shipped online during the months, however due to our store location being in the Southwest of the United States we cannot guarantee food products (specifically chocolate) will arrive undamaged by high temperatures.
Returns & Refunds: Orders, excluding personalized items, special orders, food and beverage items, or items worn on the body including perfume, toiletries, jewellery, and lingerie, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for breakage that happens during return shipping. All online purchase returns must be pre-approved by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All item(s) returned without pre-approval will not be given a refund. Receipt required for in-store returns.
